History

Back to the future! Because the way in which we predominantly see our close to 350 years of history is how past generations at Van Eeghen time and again looked at the future of this company rather than turning their heads backwards in what had been achieved in the past.

Companies with a length of history are usually rightfully proud of their past. They have stood up to the storms of time of social, economic and political change, while the wealth of success has not made them to waver.

The average company with some history often tends to look back, dust-blinded by steeped systems. Van Eeghen is not an ordinary company. Its staff and management are aware of the fact that respectable achievements have been delivered; though this in itself will not change its future. History should be recorded as lessons can be learned from both failure and success. When connected to what present and new generations at Van Eeghen will be doing in the years ahead prospects take on an even more dynamic and challenging form. Therefore, we look forward to what is to come.

Over the years it has been people who have made us what we are today: staff, management, suppliers, customers and competitors. Van Eeghen runs over with challenging opportunities, right of existence and viability.
